Use the form below to schedule your personal mobile vet visit from the Pet Fixer. There are two parts to scheduling a visit. After you choose a date and time, you must complete all fields and click “Schedule Event” in order to complete your request.

Please note: We have reinstated Mobile Vet Visits, but will be taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
For our safety as well as the safety of your families, our veterinary staff will not enter homes to collect pets, and owners may not join their pets while they are seen in the mobile veterinary unit.
We request that the client wear a mask if one is available. If you are feeling ill before your appointment, or if you or anyone in your home has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please call immediately to cancel, reschedule, or switch to a virtual appointment, We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary to protect our staff and other clients.
The client (or a designated caretaker) must be present to walk their pet to the mobile veterinary unit; cats must be placed in a carrier and dogs must be secured on a leash.
After your appointment, we will call you to collect your pets and return them to your home. You will receive an emailed invoice which we request be paid via credit or debit card over the phone, Venmo, or Cash App.
